2026 MNIAAI Sponsorship Levels

Diamond: Exclusive access to conference events, including exhibit booth space, five (5) conference registration vouchers* for the 2026 Conference. Full color ad on the homepage of the www.mniaai.org website, and a link back to your company website.  Ad will appear in all major chapter correspondence.  Ad displayed on signage, in PowerPoint programs, and/or in programs at events. Ad in all 2026 MNIAAI Trainings.   Cost – $5,000 

Platinum: Exclusive access to conference events, including exhibit booth space and three (3) conference registration vouchers* for the 2026 conference.  Full color ad on the homepage of the www.mniaai.org website, and a link back to your company website.  Ad displayed on signage, in PowerPoint programs, and/or in programs at annual conference.  Cost – $3,000 

Gold: Exclusive access to conference events, including exhibit booth space, two (2) registration vouchers for the 2026 conference* and full color ad on the homepage of the www.mniaai.org website.  Ad displayed on signage, in PowerPoint programs, and/or in programs at annual conference.  Cost – $2,000 

Silver: Exclusive access to conference events,one (1) exhibit booth space OR one (1) registration voucher for the 2026 conference. This tier includes a full color ad on the homepage of the www.mniaai.org website. Ad displayed on signage, in PowerPoint programs, and/or in programs at annual conference.   Cost – $1,000 

Bronze: Full color ad on the homepage of the www.mniaai.org website and on annual conference banners..  Cost – $500

Happy Hour: Sponsor Happy Hour on either Wednesday evening social hour or Thursday evening banquet with a $1500 per sponsor minimum.   This level of sponsorship includes exclusive access to conference events, including exhibit booth space and one (1) registration voucher*, exclusive marketing at the happy hour event,  full color ad on the homepage of the www.mniaai.org website, and displayed I signage on PowerPoint programs, and/or in programs at annual conference.  Cost – As Dictated by Company/person Please note that multiple entities may sponsor together for a higher value happy hour. The benefits are based on each $1500 donation.
